Circular Letter No. 9/2004
In preparation of our forthcoming General Assembly in Calvià on 27 October 2004 attached you will find
- the report of Treasurer Egon Ditt
- the Balance Sheet per 31 December 2003
- the Income Statement for the year 2003
- the Draft of the Budget 2005
The agenda was distributed as attachment to our previous Circular Letter.
The 2nd European Internet Championship 2004 will be played from 25 October to 7 November 2004. The invitation and information are attached. In Calvià all European federations will receive more details worked out by our partner ChessBase.
We can already inform you that the Manual 2005 will be printed after this year’s General Assembly. A questionnaire will be prepared in order to receive from all federations as many addresses as possible
