Attached you will find an invitation to the European Youth and Sport Forum. Following-up on the European Sport Ministers meeting in Liverpool, ISCA, ENGSO-Youth and CCPR want to add a Youth and NGO perspective to the discussions related to youth, sport and culture on European and national level. Therefore youth representatives from all European countries are invited to participate in the second European Youth and Sport Forum which will take place from19 to 24 November 2005 in Stoke Mandeville close to London.

The next Board meeting had to be postponed and will now be held in Istanbul/Turkey from 10 to 13 November 2005.
