Dear Friends,

On 1 June 2006 the ECU General Assembly took place in Torino/Italy. One of the most important results was the re-election of Boris Kutin as ECU President. Attached you will find the minutes of this meeting with all decisions including the annexes.

In the first short meeting of the new Board it was confirmed that Dr Dirk De Ridder will continue his work as Tournament Director. Furthermore all federations are asked for proposals for the following ECU officers:

1) Youth Director

2) Senior Director

3) Grand Prix Director

4) Press Officer

5) Marketing Director

These ECU officers work on a voluntary basis. Their costs are reimbursed by ECU. They are only requested to attend Board meetings if their subjects are included in the agenda.

We would appreciate any suggestion by 15 August 2006 in order to prepare the official nominations at the next Board meeting which is scheduled on 7 to 10 September in Herceg Novi/Montenegro.
